Our Mediation Department is there to analyze and solve any dispute risen by two parties, without the use complex judicial process.
Mediation is defined as a structured process where two parties try to solve their dispute themselves through the use of a mediator that arbitrates the procedure and sets bases and legal frameworks to work the dispute out. Our trained stuff is there to ensure the applicability and effectiveness of the whole mediation process
